The Development Vision for Sector 8-B
Sector 8-B, Zone P-2 is planned to offer a complete spectrum of development — from individual residential plots and group housing to commercial plots, PSP facilities, and 30 acres of open green spaces. All projects are in the pre-development stage.
Residences & Group Housing
Sector 8-B's master plan includes apartments and high-rise residential towers within the township — designed to offer a complete, self-sustaining community. These projects are in the planning stage and will be launched after obtaining all required approvals including RERA registration.
Located in Sector 8-B, Zone P-2 — the first sector to receive DDA approval for change of land use under the Land Pooling Policy. Formal notification and project-level approvals are in progress.
Residential Plots
The master plan for Sector 8-B includes individual residential plots within a planned community framework — with a DDA-approved layout and Zone P-2 address. These plots are in the pre-development stage and will be offered for sale only after RERA registration.

PSP Facilities
Sector 8-B's master plan includes dedicated land for Public and Semi-Public (PSP) facilities — schools, hospitals, colleges, and government institutions. These are integral to the master plan, ensuring that every essential civic service is available within the township.
30 Acres of Parks & Open Spaces
A full 30 acres of the township is dedicated to parks, landscaped gardens, and open green corridors — giving residents space to breathe, play, and connect with nature without leaving the community.
